Managing Partner
Ray has extensive experience in a variety of businesses and industries and has founded and successfully sold several companies - including the founding and subsequent sale of Austin Medicenter. a chain of primary care medical centers, to Hospital Corporation of America, one of the largest healthcare companies in the United States. This sale was significant in that it was the first sale of a primary care business in the United States that recognized the value of specialty and hospital referrals in the sales price...a valuation mechanism heretofore unrecognized.
Austin Medicenter and several subsequent businesses were dependent upon correctly architected IT foundations, and in order to make those businesses succeed, Ray recognized the need to develop real expertise in areas involving IT and cybersecurity. His cybersecurity experience began in earnest in 2006 when competitors hacked IT infrastructure associated with Ray's digital marketing company and the business' survival was dependent upon stopping those attacks. Later, as a result of his real world IT and cyber security experience, Ray knew that what he had learned could be extremely valuable to a wide range of industries. Today, as a CISSP - trained business and technical professional, Ray is one of only a handfull of business leaders in the country who can legitimately claim a full understanding of the complexity of solutions relating to business and national security threats facing us all.
Today Ray leads two cyber security companies - CyberCecurity, LLC and Data1Qbit, LLC (D1QB).
Ray's responsibilities at CyberCecurity, LLC include the following:

Mitch Tanenbaum is one of the most experienced cybersecurity professionals in the country.
He started out as a software developer and was on the team that built the first Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver for the United States Air Force. That GPS receiver is the forerunner of the GPS in every cell phone today.
His background also includes building the internal IT organization for Texas Instruments Defense Systems. He led a team of over 350 support professionals who developed and operated a wide variety of information systems from real time mission simulation hardware to mainframe datacenters. Mitch brought virtualization technology (VMs) into mainstream use at TI decades before it became popular on PCs.
Mitch has been involved in the mortgage technology business for over twenty years, first at Mercury Companies and then at Lender Live Network, where he and his team supported several of the top five banks in the United States, along with hundreds of other banks and mortgage lenders.
Mitch was also a founding partner in a security software startup that created a new paradigm for protecting information. This system is being used by the U.S. military today. He holds two security patents related to that work.
And, if that weren't enough, Mitch is the author of one of the most insightful and respected cyber security blogs available. See it HERE.
